Panos and Cressida 4 Life have decided to organize a photo contest for its 2017 Calendar.
The theme that has been chosen is "Solidarity." Both amateur and professional photographers are invited to participate and submit their entries.
The theme “Solidarity” should not only be considered within the context of the refugee and poverty issues created by the global economic and war crises which has seen such a huge outpouring of support to those in need.
Solidarity can also be portrayed in its broader context as witnessed between individuals, as well as between humans and animals, among animals and in nature."
Selected photographs will help support the cause of the Not-For-Profit organization through the sales of the calendar at the annual Christmas Bazaar held in Athens (27/11/2016). Detailed information will be found on our site www.PanosAndCressida4Life.org
The names of the selected entries will be announced on the FB page and post by the end of September.
Submission Rules:
• Participants are entitled to submit one photograph each.
• Photographs should be submitted before 30/6/2016 to photocontest@makliv.com
• Include; your full name/age/Location/City/Country and few words about the photograph.
• Photographs must be in digital format. The photograph need not be taken with a digital camera; scans of negatives, transparencies, or photographic prints are acceptable. All digital files must be 10 megabytes or smaller, must be in JPEG or JPG format, and must be at least 1,600 pixels wide, landscape image only.

Contest participation waives all rights to the photograph for claiming any proceeds from the calendar sales. Each selected participant will receive (2) calendars free.
